What will you do with the data?

For data stored in our datacenters, we will not rent or sell the data, even if anonymized and aggregated so that the end-result could be considered untraceable to the patient.  Our position is that the data belongs to the provider and/or the patient in any form.

Impact of Microsoft v. Salesforce.com?
